The need for mentors is being felt, especially during these times of crisis. In partnership with Réseau Mentorat, and in collaboration with Intact Insurance, Henkel Média has created a series of live recordings so you can discover the various paths of mentors and mentees.

Videos available in French.

Episode 1 | 3 hours to change the life of an entrepreneur

At Réseau Mentorat, 3 hours of mentoring per month is enough to change the course of an entrepreneur. To discuss this, Daniele Henkel welcomes:

Episode 2 | Mentored to make giant leaps

Mentoring is the external and neutral viewpoint that we all need as entrepreneurs at some point in our lives, whether we’re starting out or more experienced. While going through a period of adjustment, regrouping, pivoting, etc., stopping to meet with a mentor can make a world of difference... To talk about this, Daniele Henkel welcomes:

Episode 3 | Entrepreneur 2.0: an agent of change

A new reality in the business world is increasingly present: the social enterprise or social economy business. The mentoring relationship is also a powerful lever for them. Danièle Henkel discusses this topic with:

Episode 4 | Alone at the top, breaking the isolation

Daniele Henkel and her guests tackle a sensitive, relevant subject: the loneliness and isolation of entrepreneurs. Together, they discuss how mentoring helps entrepreneurs break the isolation, share, and grow.

Guests include:

  • Jean-Pierre Lavallée, mentor, Sherbrooke Innopole
  • Sandra Salvoni, mentore, Réseau Mentorat Montréal
